Residence in Dubai

The design of this villa was created for maximum integrating architecture with the surrounding landscape of the Persian Gulf coast, In the immediate vicinity of the prestigious Atlantis The Palm location. The assumption of the concept was to integrate a modern block in the context of a coastal, desert climate while maintaining consistency with the aesthetics of local premium buildings.

The building is distinguished by balanced proportions and a minimalist form, based on clean, geometric lines and rhythmic shifts of cubature. Materials used - light mineral plaster, Natural facade wood and perforated cover panel - were selected for visual harmony and functionality in the climate context of Dubai. The south-west facade has been intentionally simplified and protected by vegetation and an openwork structure, which allows you to control sunlight and maintain privacy in night zones.

The villa system is subordinated to the observation axis going straight to the lagoon and the monumental silhouette of the Atlantis hotel. The focal point of the garden premise is the swimming pool in the form of an integrated surface with the terrace and the day zone, which allows free transition between the interior and the outside. The space has been designed like this, to favor the smooth rhythm of life, while maintaining a clear division into formal and private zones.

The presence of natural desert vegetation - including date palm and aloe vera - and limiting lawns are not only aesthetic gesture, but also a conscious ecological decision. Driveway, kept in a monochrome palette, introduces an element of functional contrast to the project and complements the dynamic compositional accent in the form of a sports vehicle, placed partly under the storey of the floor.
